The most important thing to do is to grab an apartment before they are all gone.  When you sign your lease for a qualifying apartment, request the Roommate Finder option.  Our office will immediately start looking for a roommate for you.  In the meantime, you get to enjoy only paying 50% rent while we do the heavy lifting.  Once we find someone for you, that person gets added to your lease and the full rent begins.  Couldn't be easier.
