All of our apartments are roughly 644 ft².  Unless otherwise noted, each apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a combined kitchen and living room space, and long entrance hall.  Water and sewer, plus an off-street parking permit, are provided for each apartment.   Additional parking options are also available for a monthly fee (limited availability).
