From N. Charleston:

  • Follow I-26E to Charleston

  • Slight right onto US-17S / Savannah Hwy

  • Stay striaght as US-17S becomes Spring Street

  • Turn left onto Courtenay Drive

  • Turn left onto Bee Street

 

From Mt. Pleasant:

  • Follow US-17S to Charleston

  • Keep left when the Ravenel Bridge splits

  • Stay straight as US-17S becomes Spring Street

  • Turn left onto Courtenay Drive

  • Turn left onto Bee Street

 

From James Island:

  • Follow Folly Rd to James Island Expressway

  • Take James Island Expy toward Downtown

  • Stay left, then turn left onto Courtenay Drive

  • Turn right onto Bee Street

 

From West Ashley:

  • Follow SC-61S toward Downtown

  • Merge onto US-17N

  • Straight as US-17N merges with Cannon Street

  • Slight right as US-17N and Cannon Street split

  • Turn right onto President Street

  • Turn left onto Bee Street

Important Visitor Information:

The Leasing & Sales Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  However, appointments are usually required.  We are often helping residents or working around the property and would hate to miss you!  When you stop by, please look for the parking spaces labeled "Guest".
